The 2018/19 season will see Southampton Saints Ladies compete in the FA Women`s National League South West Div 1.

The first team strives to continue to progress through the Women’s football leagues with reliable and experienced Management and Coaching staff who deliver high- quality coaching, opportunities for players to play first team football in the third tier of the women’s football leagues, and creating a positive environment that enables all players to develop and progress in order to be the best they can be.

Southampton Saints G & LFC First Team are always looking to recruit female football players to join our squad.
