We pride ourselves on being a club that is socially inclusive and responsible, friendly and welcoming, with an extended network that connects families, communities, and external organisations to our Club.

Our strategic aims are:

1) to provide opportunities to allow increased adult participation and grow the game at youth level in the Sutherland and Ross-shire areas;

2) to build closer links with Scottish Rugby, Active Schools Coordinators, Primary & Secondary Schools, other partners and the wider community;

3) to be recognised as providing the best rugby facility in the north of Scotland.

We will do this through:

[*]Increased participation at all levels - more kids, more rugby, more of the time;
[*]Coach and referee development - investing in our volunteers;
[*]Player development - developing our players through rugby skills and values, and providing them with life skills;
Community engagement - getting to know our community better and working to common aims;
[*]Improved facilities - investing in our clubhouse and pitches to make Ross Sutherland a warm, welcoming, friendly and safe environment for everyone.
