a) When you register as a player for Newcastle Town FC on Registration Forms with the appropriate League, the FA or County Association.
b) When you register as an official with Newcastle Town FC with Companies House, the FA, the County Association or relevant League.
c) When you apply to be a member of the club or contact the Club for information, eg trials as a player,
d) For medical reasons due to injuries.i
e) For the purpose of being paid for your services to the club (For Barringtons Limited who handle these payments)
f) From video footage or photos connected with the club.

We will only use your personal details for the use of legitimate Club business and will not pass any details on to other third parties unless it is with your specific permission.

We will make sure that your details that have been collected, be it either a hard copy or electronically, are kept in a safe and secure place. They will only made available to bona fide members or officials of the club if it is essential to carry out their club duties.

On leaving the club it is your right to take any personal details, photos etc with you if you so wish and you may ask us to remove any details from our records.
