The information and regulations set out below relate to the Condition of Sale of International Tickets, issued by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and Welsh Rugby Union (WRU), and must be noted and adhered to:

If you are allocated International Tickets your name and contact details will be recorded as the Ticket Holder of all the tickets allocated to you.

Tickets allocated to London Welsh RFC by the RFU and WRU are subject to the International Ticket Conditions of Sale and Regulations. Those issued tickets (the ticket holder) by London Welsh RFC may not sell or dispose of their ticket(s) if they are not required for personal use. The tickets must not be resold or transferred.

If the ticket holder is not attending the game the names and addresses of the person(s) attending the game and the ticket details, which must include Block/Row/Seat Number, must be emailed before the date of the game to the International Ticket Secretary : intticketsec@londonwelshrfc.co.uk

Tickets MUST NOT be advertised for transfer or sale.
The use of social media network sites, like Facebook & Twitter, have recently seen a large number of people placing photographs of their match tickets for high profile events on them as a way of making people aware they are going to a match. This has resulted in a number of tickets being subsequently copied and advertised illegally for sale by 3rd parties on unofficial online sites like Stub Hub and Gum tree. Therefore you are strongly advised not to advertise tickets allocated to you on such sites.

You must retain your part of the ticket(s) (ticket stub(s) or mobile notification for up to 30 days from the date of the game. You should also keep a record of the name(s) and contact details of people attending the games(s). This information must be retained for three months following the game and may be required by London Welsh RFC.

If International tickets issued by London Welsh RFC are found for sale on the black market the club will be sanctioned by the RFU and/or WRU. This will lead to either the club losing its ticket allocation and/or being fined. Action will be taken by London Welsh RFC against the person whose details are recorded by the club as the Ticket Holder.
