The IRFU requires that all club players are registered on the online player registration system. A player not registered will be deemed to be an illegal player and the Club is liable for sanction and fined where it is found to have played such a player.

Registered players must also pay an annual membership fee to the club to contribute towards the running of the teams.

It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that they are register and are a fully paid member.
