Playing in the Galtres Division Two of the York Senior League, Rufforth's first team are hoping to make their first season in this league a memorable one.

Led by beloved skipper Jack Doyle, "The Badgers" are looking to make a stir in the Senior League.

Unflappable opener Rich Exley is tipped to make big runs this year and with a talented (if sometimes inconsistent) big hitting middle order to follow, big things are expected for the boys from Wetherby Road.
