The ECB have introduced a new Safeguarding Induction course which is available to everyone at the club, free of charge. This may be of interest to parents, players, members or volunteers. This online training will take around 30 minutes to complete and will provide the following:
• Advice on how to create a safe cricket environment
• How to recognise something that might not be right
• How to respond

The more people who have a good understanding about safeguarding, the more confident we can be about making sure everyone experiences cricket in a safe, friendly, secure and enjoyable environment.

All our Committee members are undertaking Safeguarding training, and the Club has a team of Safeguarding Officers, who are the first points of contact if anyone has any concerns or wants any advice about potential safeguarding issues:
