WNC Registration of new players

To register new players we need the following information (printed, completed and signed) please and bring it along to your training session:

1 - WNC Medical & Consent form

2 - AENA registration form

3 - Fees paid into the bank account (or cheque made payable to Windsor Netball Club) .

4 - WNC Code of conduct form (read and then tick box on Consent form)
