Some lovely football saw Community score twice inside the opening 5 minute. Northburn showed plenty of spirit and fought back to level the game, although minutes later a Community sub restored our lead.

Some more excellent pay saw Wallsend add two more goals, our striker completing his hat-trick then our centre back converting from an excellent corner into the box.

Community dominated almost all of the second half, creating several chances and converting two to make it 7, although Northburn were rewarded for there persistence with a late consolation goal to make it 7-3.

A second win of the season, combined with last weeks draw makes it 7 points of 9, ahead of 2 cup games over the next two weeks.
