In Second sensational week of 2017 TRNC Creditwest Autumn Cricket League, first Match held between A1Cyprus Cricket Club and Ozankoy Cricket Club. A1Cyprus Cricket Club Captain, Ali Bajwa winning the toss and elected to field. Ozankoy took a very poor start when they lose their 1st two wickets just in two overs for 9 runs. But Ozankoy drama didn’t finish there, they were continuously losing wickets and Ozankoy were all out on 72 runs in 15 overs.

In reply to 72 runs, A1Cyprus Cricket Club took a wobbly start, when they were 6 wickets down for 44 runs. But it was a match wining Partnership from Firdos Iqbal, scored 17 runs And Muhammad Sadam, scored 6 runs to win their first match in 2017 TRNC Creditwest Autumn Cricket League.

In the second match of TRNC Creditwest Autumn Cricket League Near East University Captain Masroor Ahmed Wins a toss and elected to bat first, against Rising stars Cricket Club.

Sohail Zakaria and Captain, Masroor Ahmed came to crease to open innings and took a very solid start for NEU team. NEU loses their first wicket of Captain, Masroor Ahmed on 22 runs and NEU were 48 runs in 5th over with the loss of one wicket. Most of NEU players participated but clearly it was Sohail Zakaria show, scored 37 runs on 27 balls, with the help of that NEU succeeded to place defendable total of 144 runs in 20 overs.

In reply to 144 runs Rising Stars Cricket Club took a wobbly start but opener Salman khan, scored 22 runs and Shabir Khan Score 15 runs gave some hope to Rising stars. It was match turning point, when Captain, Masroor Ahmed takes a very important wicket of Rising Stars, Salman Khan, after that none of the Rising stars resist in front of NEU bowling and they were all out on 81 runs in 16 overs. NEU had their first victory in 2017 TRNC Creditwest Autumn Cricket League.

Nest Sunday the 15th of October, 1st Match between STAR CRICKET CLUB LEFKOSA VS LAPTA ELEVEN 09:30am and 2nd match between GENTLEMANS OF GIRNE VS RISING STARS CRICKET CLUB 13:00pm at Bellapaise sports Ground.
