Welcome to the Official website of Tranent Colts Football Club. The Club, in its current format, was founded in April 1998 with 14 kids and has now grown to a reasonable size with teams in 10 age groups, competing in leagues and competitions across Edinburgh and East Lothian.

Our team of coaches are committed to the ongoing development of all kids, in all age groups, regardless of what stage they are at in their football journey. Our primary aim is to create an environment where players are free to express themselves, try new things, learn from each other but most importantly have fun!!

During you child's development journey with us, they'll not only learn and develop their footballing skills but also a number of vital life skills that will stay with them in all future ventures, be that education, sport, the workplace or starting families of their own. The most important of these being teamwork and respect for other people - be that the coaches, team mates, match officials or opposition players. Working as part of a team, respecting everyones unique abilities and helping each other on the good days and bad.
