Biography
Nickname - MaliMahir joined us from Horsforth 2 seasons ago and has proved a huge success taking a mountain of wickets in a fantastic couple of years as the spearhead of our bowling unit. A constant threat with the new ball and prolific at closing an innings and cleaning up the tail. We'll be looking to Mali to lead our attack again as we attempt to climb back to the top flight of the Aire Wharfe in 2018.
A very hand performer with the bat, Mali made some vital contributions in 2017 and it could be argued that with more opportunity he is capable of scoring quite a few more runs.
watch out for the Morne Morkel style turn at the start of his run-up.
