Nickname: Shep
Dave is an Aire Wharf cricketing legend, another Tong Park lifer who's played for the club since his junior years. A committed, whole hearted cricketer, Shep has a reputation for stepping up when the pressure is on. His batting has shown real promise over the previous couple of seasons but we were limited to only a couple of games from Shep last year due to work commitments. Hopefully we'll see a full season again this year and we're exited for more match-winning performances.
A bustling swing bowler, he is constantly at the batsman although and hopefully a year out will have cured a troublesome shoulder niggle. Keen fielder, not afraid to dive over one. Has some incredible dressing room stories to keep the team amused. Runs like Fred Flintstone, loves a sweat.
