? U7s welcomed 4 different clubs to their festival this morning. We scored some tries, rotated our team so everyone played some time. We had some good player interaction with some advising others who to defend or form attack lines.

Fun was had by all. Players of the week were RA, AB, TA, LuB, XG and MD - all making a very good effort to bring on their team or helping other teams.

? U9s played in the home festival today against 6 different sides.
Lots of great rugby on show from all the sides.

Supermarine played some great rugby and scored lots of tries with our work rate and handling being excellent today. The children did well at running forward and recycling the ball to keep possession.

A little to work on defensively but the kids grew into it as the games progressed!

? U14’s travelled to Bournemouth for the semi final cup game against Oakmeadians. Unfortunately whilst travelling the game was called off due to a waterlogged pitch.

? U15’s played North Dorset in the final of the D&W bowl. In what was a tight game dominated by good defence from both teams Supermarine edged the first half 7-5.

The 2nd half continued in the same vain but North Dorset edged ahead 15-10 with minutes remaining. Supermarine battled to the last minute and scored a try with almost the last play of the game. The conversion was controversially missed!

At the full time whistle the scores 15-15, the rule book was checked and Supermarine were declared winners due to having scored the 1st try of the game.
