Tigers Meet a South African Legend!

Chester Williams South African player 1993 - 2000 and Pat Sanderson England 1998 - 2007 talk to the Southwark Tigers.

Southwark Tigers took the U13s to the TourAid event at Esher Rugby
club Friday 9th. The Tigers were the only invited team in England, all the other teams came from Africa, Asia or South America.
Chester Williams came over to the Tigers to talk about how he became interested in rugby and how he became the star of the Springboks team.
Chester Williams was the only black player in the South African team
when they won the World Cup one year after apartheid was ended.

After Nelson Mandela he is the biggest symbol of equality in South Africa.
