Youth Player Registration 2023/4
We are delighted that your child is looking to join Southside!
If you have not been allocated a team, please contact our Director of Football using the Contact Page before registering.
In order for them to join Southside and play in league matches, we will need you to complete the 3 steps listed below in the order they are listed...
Step 1 : Player Registration - Southside
Please complete the 'Youth Player Registration Form' below and scan/take a picture of the completed and signed form.
Step 2 : Parent & Player Registration - The FA
Please register yourself and your child on the FA Website to obtain your FAN IDs (Football Association Number). See the 'FA Player Registration' document below for further guidance (if needed).
Note: If you are transferring from another team, please use your existing FA details and request that your previous team release the player in question. Once released, we can use your existing FA numbers.
Step 3 : Email Your Manager
Please email the following information to your team manager:
Parent Information:
- Name
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Parent FAN ID (FA Site)
Player Information:
- Form - Completed (and signed) Southside Registration Form
- Photo - Head and shoulders picture of your child
- ID - Copy of passport or birth certificate
- Player FAN ID (FA Site)
Subs Details below:
Subs are £15 per month, payable all 12 months of the year, or £180 per season. Payment details below:
- Southside Football Club
- Account number: 19240090
- Sort code: 60-24-77
- Bank: Natwest
- Amount £15 per month
- Date: please set up payments so that they come into the account by the 10th of each month
- Comment: please include players name, date of birth & team name (if there is room). e.g. Bob Nice 190892 Lions

Matches:
Southside league matches are coordinated by FA (Cheltenham Youth Football League).
Pitchero - Southside matches are normally coordinated using Pitchero, which includes a useful mobile app where you can set your child's availability. Please ask your manager for access.
WhatsApp - Most teams use WhatsApp to help with parent comms.
