2.0 Arrival time at the St Lawrence Academy (car park)
2.1. Staff arrival: 09.45am – no earlier please
2.2. Players / parents arrival: 10.00am – no earlier please

Access to pitches
2.7. Staff access to pitches 09.45am – no earlier please
2.8. Players access to pitches U13 - U16s - 10.00am U9-U12s – 10.10am
2.9. Parents / spectators 10.20am

2.10.If parents arrive in the car park earlier than 10am, we politely request that players & parents remain in their car until the times stated above when they are allowed to access the pitches.

MATCHDAY TIMELINE

10:00 am - U10/12/14/U16’s (both teams) arrival at St Lawrence Academy car park

10:00 am - U14 & U16 players from Scunthorpe United proceed to the HOME entrance point where temperature checks will be carried out as players access the pitch.

10:00 am - U14 & U16 players from AWAY TEAM proceed to the AWAY entrance point where temperature checks will be carried out as players access the pitch.

10:10 am - U10 & U12 players from Scunthorpe United proceed to the HOME entrance point where temperature checks will be carried out as players access the pitch.

10:10 am - U10 & U12 players from AWAY TEAM proceed to the AWAY entrance point where temperature checks will be carried out as players access the pitch.

10:15 am - Parents from the U10/12 arrive at the appropriate HOME or AWAY entrance points where temperature checks are carried out. For Track & Trace purposes, spectators / parents are then required to register their attendance at the venue using the QR Code posters.

10:20 am - Parents from the U14/16 arrive at the appropriate HOME or AWAY entrance points where temperature checks are carried out. For Track & Trace purposes, spectators / parents are then required to register their attendance at the venue using the QR Code posters.

10:20 am - Match officials arrive at the Home entrance point where temperature checks are carried out. (Officials will have completed a Covid Questionnaire prior to arrival).
10:30 am - Matches Kick Off

Parents / spectators leave the field /pitches
Staff escort players across Doncaster Road to the car park.
