Due to the reformatting of the USA Rugby Schedule, and the fact that EPRU Dues are now included as part of your CIPP enrollment, we have made changes to the club’s dues policy. The new policy is reflected below and is subject to change as needed.

The new dues policy is designed to provide the club with the funds needed to operate in the new structure that USA rugby is mandating. Under this structure, the club, and individual players, will likely be incurring increased costs for home and away matches. As a result, one of our priorities was to keep the players out-of-pocket dues expenses in line what what they have spent in the past.

New Dues Structure - September - August:

$165 per season for a Full-Time Player
$115 per season for New or Student Players

* Former per season cost for full time player; $150 for New & Student players

Special and Hardship cases are still determined on a one-on-one basis by the club officers but cases must be presented by email to the Treasurer, President and Vice-President prior to the start of the season or within the first two weeks of practice with the club.

Monthly/Prepayment: A discount will be given to anyone who pays for a whole year at once ($310),($220 for New Players & Students); as well as those who sign up for monthly auto-payments ($26/month), ($19/month for New Players & Students).

Sevens dues are not part of this policy and are determined by the Sevens chair; any payments made to the 7’s chair will not be credited against the annual club dues for 15’s.

The fiscal year for dues payment will begin on September 1, and end on August 31. Your dues status will be a consideration for players eligible for 1st side selections. In order to be in “good standing” for selection, players must be paid as shown, by the listed dates:



• 1st Fall match, or 9/10 (whichever comes first) - CIPP MUST be completed for eligibility

• Mid Season, Fall (10/12, 2nd Saturday in October) - 50% of Fall dues ($82.50 paid for F/T Members & $57.50 for New Players & Students)

• Final Match of Fall season (11/16) - 100% of Fall dues ($165 paid for F/T Members/$115 for New Players & Students)



• 1st Spring match, or 3/1 (whichever comes first) - CIPP MUST be completed for eligibility

• Mid Season, Spring (2nd Saturday in April) - 50% of Spring dues ($82.50 paid for F/T Members & $57.50 for New Players & Students)

• Final Match of Spring season (approximately May) - 100% of Spring dues ($165 paid for F/T Members/$115 for New Players & Students)



Players participating in automatic monthly payments are exempt from this requirement, as their payments are guaranteed.

Any member wishing to pay annually must submit payment no later than 25 days into the fiscal year (September 25). After that date, all payments must be seasonal or monthly.

Any member not paid in full by these dates will be considered "liability" and suspended from selection until payment arrangements are made. Further, players will not be allowed to participate or cast votes when directing club policy (e.g. officer elections, Captain). In addition, players who are not considered in “good standing” will not be eligible to receive any financial stipend from the club or its alumni in cases where contributions are made to offset travel costs (hotels, airfare, etc). Players not paid according to schedule may be selected for B side at the coach's and
