Training starts this Wednesdatat 7.30 and runs through to 9.00 right through ubtil teh 1st August 2018 at which point Steve Drawbridge will take in order to further prepare us for the season ahead
Fitness training will be on the Astro pitch next to the grass area

Theo ,your new Captain has organised Strength and Cardio training via a fitness specialist.Taz will be offering ball skills work to add some variety.
