RHC CC - Covid-19 Training Guidelines

Please follow the guidelines below concerning our return to cricketing activities.

• You MUST NOT attend training if you or any member of your household has COVID symptoms.

• Social Distancing of at least two metres must be maintained at all times (unless all participants are from the same household)

• Only local members should attend the club (as a guide, rather than a fixed limit, you should live within circa 5 miles of the club).

• Please wash your hands at home before and after utilising the club’s facilities.

• You MUST bring your own equipment. Do not share personal equipment.

• You MUST bring and use your own ball.

• There will be no toilet facilities available and this should be factored in by all participants.

• Training Times are available daily and must be booked in advance through the online booking system: https://rhccricketbooking.skedda.com/booking

• Times will be available to book for use of the net and also for training on the outfield.

  • Both Net and outfield times should be booked by members of no more than three households (there should also be no more than 8 people using the net at any one time)
  • The time slots last for 50 minutes to allow for a 10-minute change over period (e.g. 6.00-6.50 then 7.00-7.50).
  • Please leave promptly after your session finishes.

• In order to comply with COVID-19 guidelines only the left-hand net, closest to the square will be available for use.

• Batsmen must pass the ball back by use of bat of foot. Please do not pick up the ball

• No saliva or sweat may be used to shine the ball

• Any member seen to be wilfully breaking these rules may be banned from using the facilities
