Rotherham Clifton RUFC is a community Rugby Club, which runs both a senior side and a thriving Mini Junior Section. Our first fifteen currently plays in the Yorkshire Leagues, playing a number of other clubs across the whole of Yorkshire, with them also taking part in the Yorkshire Shield and the South Yorkshire Trophy.

Our newly formed Development fifteen has been created to encourage the progression of our junior players through to adult rugby and hopefully produce the next generation of first fifteen players. They currently enter the South Yorkshire merit league and play fixtures against local clubs both in the league and in friendly fixtures.

The Mini/Junior section of the club incorporates children from the age of 6 years, through to the age of 19 years. They play friendly games throughout Yorkshire and Derbyshire, play in the Yorkshire Cup and represent the Club in local festivals.

The club as a whole fosters the ethos of ‘Rugby for All’ and promotes a strong family atmosphere.

We offer a wide range of sponsorship packages however we can be flexible in fitting a package to suit both potential sponsors and the clubs needs. As part of every sponsorship package, we offer recognition of sponsors on all outgoing mail (including e-mail).

Any sponsorship will be greatly received and reinvested in to Amateur rugby, particularly to encourage and increase youth participation in rugby and sport in general.
