LATEST NEWS UPDATE - THAT'S IT THEN

It is with regret that we have had to close the doors of the Ringmer Football & Social Club at the Caburn Ground, Anchor Field, for the last time. As from yesterday the committee took the hard decision to close the club completely, as advised by the Government and FA, Sussex County FA because of the Corona Virus outbreak.

There will be no more matches played now which means the planned Legends games on the 29th March 2020 will not be played nor will the club open for one last drink at the bar.

It is a sad time in an unpredictable climate and that last kick off would have signaled the end of the Caburn era. However we must now look forward to moving to the new ground and starting a new chapter in the RFC history book. We are sure, that after all these years of planning this move, there will be a big opening celebration when this happens.

So to be clear the Ringmer Football & Socisl Club at the Caburn Ground is now permanently closed to members and the public.
