Peter Sields the father of a former player of ours, and 10 business colleagues from Momentum, the Northern Ireland ICT federation, set off on Friday 3rd October 2008 for a small township in Ghana called Faso.

Their main objective was to lend valuable assistance to a local family to help complete their home. They completed the job with many long hours of hard work and perspiration.

In between the hot hours of toil they took time out to deliver 40 of our old kits to a local school. The Headmaster Mortty Eric at Foso Demonstration School was very grateful when handed these kits and Peter tells me the children were overjoyed with the new jerseys.
