12th Man

After several suggestions by supporters and local businesses, we have decided to set up the popular 12th Man Scheme as operated in similar fashion by other clubs at our level.

For this season Ramsgate Football club is launching 12th man, with the sole purpose of raising extra funds to support the club in its goals this season.

The 12th man Fund allows Ramsgate FC supporters, fans and business local to Ramsgate FC to make regular monthly payments and / or a lump sum payment into a special “ring-fenced” fund, with all the income going directly into the managers playing budget. It will not be used for any other purpose.

The majority of our supporters know and understand the position we are in as a club, with costs off the field rising daily. The scheme will give all participants the satisfaction of knowing they’re part of a truly “united” group, making a genuine contribution towards the team every time they step onto the pitch. In doing so, you will be assisting in freeing up funds for vital repairs and bills that need paying.

We would like to invite everyone that can and wishes to contribute, to donate a set figure per week of £10.00, although if you would like to donate more or less, we are still very appreciative of your kind gesture and commitment to the club.

As a member of the 12th Man Fund, you will have your name proudly displayed in the Clubhouse as well as in the Match Day Programme. The players that are signed via the finances generated will be sponsored by the 12th Man”, so the benefits of the scheme are there for all to see.

We are happy to accept cheques ( payable to Ramsgate FC 12th Man Fund) or cash, both can be handed over to James Lawson on a matchday.
