The Club intends to have a 3G pitch installed this year.

The Club is delighted to announce plans to install a 3G pitch at the Lantern Stadium by the end of this year!

We recognise that after a tough season for our grass pitch, the surface has run its course, and it is time to change and evolve the playing surface at Potters Bar Town.

With that in mind, the Club can confirm that it will be submitting planning permission to the council in the coming weeks for a new 3G pitch, as well as an upgraded surrounding walkway and LED floodlights.

Plans for our new community hub, which we believe will become a pivotal part of the Potters Bar area, will be released soon.

Over 1000 people will play on the pitch every week, with over 50 hours a week of usage, bringing seniors, youth, women’s and disability football to the Club as well as generating extra revenue.

The 3G pitch, which has been years in the making, will help Potters Bar Town Football Club reach new heights, as well as extending the role the Club plays in the local area.

Director Adam Waller said: "After years of planning, I am thrilled be announcing the creation of a community hub and 3G pitch surface for Potters Bar Town FC!

“This new facility will not only enhance our club's capabilities, but also provide a vibrant space for our community to come together and enjoy the beautiful game.

“I can't wait to see the positive impact it will have on our players, supporters, and the wider community."

Further details of our plans for the 3G pitch will be communicated in due course.
