3. Complete the additional England Netball affiliation information requirements at
England Netball Equality of Opportunity affiliation information

4. Set up a monthly standing order for payment of fees or give a cheque (payable to "Pleiades Netball Club")/cash to the Treasurer (Karen Wren) (details in the welcome pack).

5. Pay annual England Netball Affiliation fee.
Age as at 1st September in the season of membership:Over 18 = £30,18 and under = £19,14 and under = £11.

6. Give the Croydon Secretary (Marion Perry) a passport sized photo of yourself named and signed on the back.
