Peebles is a beautiful town in the Scottish Borders. We boast an enviable position of being within 25 miles of Scotland's capital Edinburgh, as well as having close connections with other towns in Scottish Rugby's heartland of the Borders.

The town features a vibrant high street with many pubs & restaurants and of course our own busy rugby club house right in the middle town. Peebles is renowned for it's famous Mountain Biking trails at Glentress and beyond for the more adventurous touring party.

During the 6 Nations Peebles makes an ideal base for any touring team wanting to take in Murrayfield and play a social game of rugby prior to the main event. There are several hotels in the area that be delighted to put your team up including the Peebles Hydro and the Tontine.

At senior level, the club competes in the Scottish Rugby National Leagues, Border League and King of the 7s as well as operating a reserve team (2nds). On the more social side the club has our Over 35's Veterans team - the OAPee's.

We have a thriving minis section in the Piranhas, links to Peebles High School Rugby, and youth teams at U16 and U18 (Colts) level.

The club also hosts it own annual round of the Kings of the 7s in August where we play the abbreviated version of the game with teams invited from all around. On this weekend we would have the potential for your team to enter our touch tournament, sevens tournament as well as 15 aside games at senior or veterans level.

You can be sure of a warm welcome at Peebles RFC and if possible we are always keen to give your team a game no matter what level, and would be delighted to host the third-half!
