The funding will be going towards a number of items relating to safety equipment for club members, especially for our more junior players, and we will let you know soon exactly what was purchased for the club.

Our special thanks go to the wonderful staff at Co-op, Co-op and Co-op stores who all agreed that we could receive this money for the club, as well as Ian Curzon-Berners who nominated the club!

If you are in Salisbury Road at all, please take some time to pop in to the store and get yourself a Co-op membership card. For every £1 spent, 2p goes into your membership account, but the Co-op also give the same amount to support community organisations and local causes such as ourselves.

We are always continuing to explore funding opportunities to help develop and improve our club for the future including through the co-op community scheme so keep an eye out for potential news on that in the future!
