Welcome to the Whitgiftians Junior Rugby U11s Team Page.
Our Under 11 group trains every Sunday from 10am to 11.30am.
Each week we start with a warm up, before playing a range of passing, tackling and evasion games and drills. We finish our sessions with full contact games within our group.
Each week we award trophies for Player of the Day and 'Beast of Week' for excellent tackling or rucking. These trophies can be brought home by the player for the week and used for ‘show and tell’ at school.
We train every week on the right hand side of the 2nd XV pitch, furthest from the main gate.
We work within the rugby values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship and encourage our players to focus on these values within their gameplay.
