John Young Appointed Old Whit's first Director of Rugby

JY has been 1st team coach for 10 years over two stints and has over 28 years of coaching experience including England U20s.
His role will overseas the coaching of all players from Academy through to the 1st team and passing on his years of experience to all coaches and those who want to be more involved and learn the game at a higher level.
I hope everyone from all levels of the club of what a fantastic new role this is and a great way of building for the future with the inspiring young people the club is producing.
