After having a tough season last year and as a result of a huge effort put in by a number of people at the club over the last 18 months Old Newts were short listed for BDC judging panel for the award of 'Outstanding Commitment to Community Sport 2017'

Last night (16/11) the award ceremony took place and to our surprise we were pleased to be present as the winners for 2017.

On behalf of the club we would like to thank all members for the continued effort and support to make the club a fantastic place for not only sport on the pitch but also a fabulous rugby community within the area.
