New Organisational Structure for 2012

For our 2012 / 13 season we have a new management structure, designed to support our Development Plan and to help break down bigger roles into more manageable tasks. Each role has specific responsibilities and a role description so that volunteers know exactly what is expected of them and what they will get out of it.

By becoming more organised in our club management we hope to achieve our development objectives more effectively and make the committee a much more dynamic and approachable force for the club.

Attached is a copy of our latest organisational chart.

You will see that we still have some vacant positions - if you are interested in taking on one of these roles or want to view the role description then please contact me.
