A tight game against Cobham started the day brilliantly with a 3-2 win with wonderful goals from Ella, Genevieve and Molly. Some fantastic defence by Lana, Lilia and Bella and saves by Katie gave the team the opportunity to score 10 against Coyotes.

Next was the infamous New Stars a very feisty team. However, this did not put off the girls who stepped up and went on to win 4-3 through some fantastic goals from Molly and Megan and our solid defenders Lilia, Bella and Moo who had put in an impressive performance all day. This win put the team through to the semi-final.

Our speedy midfielders Genevieve and Jenny brought the ball down the pitch beautifully even if it wasn’t always the right way! :) The girls' efforts saw them win 11-1 with goals from Jenny, Izzy, Hazza, Megan, Genevieve and Molly. What a talented team!

Through to the final and once again we met the New Stars who came out in force and were up 2-1 at the half; nevertheless, the team did not give up. The superb goal produced by Pia kept the win in sight. One last push from Cougars saw amazing opportunities created by our defenders for our attackers with Megan putting one in the back of the net equalising the score. The girls pressed on and came out on top! It was a brilliant way to finish a superb day. The girls should all be proud of themselves with each girl contributing so much to the U13 SE Tournament win.
