Welcome to Northwich RUFC U7s. Coach Mike Johnson

Our aim is to provide rugby for all and to coach players so that they can reach their own potential and play to best of their ability. We will happily take on the novice to the more experienced players, teaching them in a friendly and welcoming environment.

We are the Under 7s rugby squad. We train or play every Sunday morning starting usually at 9.30am from September through to the end of April.

Our aim is to explore the skills needed to be able to play tag rugby but also to develop their social skills and make new friends along the way. A mixture of Level 1, 2 and 3 coaches along with our keen volunteers will help develop your child in their rugby journey, that will hopefully last a life time.

Following the RFU guidelines Under 7s play Tag rugby, we feel this is a great way to develop their running, catching and decision making skills in a safe positive environment.
