The role of the CCC is to:
• Actively promote the education and development of coaches within the club
• Identify coach development needs within the club
• Support, work with and encourage coaches to be the best they can be
• Being club liaison with RFU professional staff for all coaching matters
• Reinforcement of the Core Values across all coaching programmes

Through the CCC, the club will guide and support volunteers to attend coaching courses & CPDs required for minis & youth rugby.

Please liaise with the Club Coaching Coordinator Jon Rainbow, for information on what courses are necessary to build your profile.

There is a requirement all coaches have their details registered with the RFU Game Management System to book a course.

All new coaches, will need to contact Lauren Maityard, NMRFC Volunteer Coordinator on 07968 444678 and complete the Safeguarding Volunteer Form. This starts the process for completing a DBS to enable you to coach at the club.
