Welcome to Milford Hall Cricket Club. The Club is situated in the beautiful village of Milford in Staffordshire, on the edge of Cannock Chase, overlooked by the magificant Milford Hall mansion. The main ground is widely acknowledged as one of the most picturesque in the country.

Records of cricket at Milford go back over 100 years. The Club is now one of the most go-ahead and lively cricket clubs in the county. We have four teams in the Staffordshire Club Championships, one team in the Stone League and six teams in the Staffordshire Junior Cricket Leagues. The senior side has won the Staffordshire Senior league twice and also reached the Semi final of the National Village cup, and our juniors sides are among the best in the county, with 6 teams playing in the 5 age groups.

We have around 250 juniors, boys and girls, aged from around 6 up to 17, and some of our juniors regularly play for our senior teams; we regularly provide county teams with juniors players, and one has played against the West Indies for Derbyshire. A more recent Junior has recently received a contract with Derbyshire, toured Australia with the England under 19 side and taken wickets against the touring Australian test team including the wicket of the then captain Michael Clarke.

We also ensure that as many juniors as possible get games during the season, with a programme of ''friendlies''. The Club is one of the few in the county with a dedicated girls section, and is working well to provide cricket coaching for disabled youngsters in Staffordshire.

We have over 20 qualified coaches, 6 qualified at Level 2. We were the first Staffordshire club to be awarded Sport England’s Clubmark by the ECB.

The social side of the Club is particularly strong, with a programme of functions throughout the season. For many years the highlight of the social calendar has been ''Mid summers night BBQ and Disco.

New players, supporters and their families are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome. There are excellent facilities for playing, practising, socialising and best of all you''ll be part of the most progressive club in Staffordshire.
