Membership payments now open for the 2023/24 season

A few season's ago we started with the online payment process and we are using the same method of membership and payment this season.

EXISTING MEMBERS
All members and players need to ensure the player details are kept up to date. This includes address, contact number and allergies etc.... that the coaches need to have. Please login with the email you used last season (if you can't remember your password select forgotten password link - do not sign up again). This season we cannot register a player for a league if we don't have an contact email address. This is on the membership form, please ensure it's filled in.

Then select membership (top right) and choose Your Account from the drop down list. This shows your details and your child's details. Select the child's name from the top bar and check all details are correct.

Once updated you can make payment. Select the Shop tab on the top menu and fill in the questions (select the child you are paying for (and type the child's name so no mistakes can be made). Then select the age group and give payment details. Please note, this is a one off payment.

NEW MEMBERS
The process is divided into 2 stages. The 1st is applying to become a member and the role you have in the club (parent and child in 90% of cases) and then in the 2nd once you have been accepted as a member then payment for your child.

I hope you find the process easy to do and 5 mins of your time will save the club volunteers many hours back in family time.

WHEN YOU ARE APPROVED AS A MEMBER PLEASE CLICK ON YOUR CHILD'S MEMBERSHIP AND MAKE THEM A PLAYER. USE THE DROP DOWN MENU TO SELECT THEIR AGE GROUP AND TEAM PLAYING FOR NEXT SEASON.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All the documents such as GDPR Statement, Players\Parents\Team Official code of conducts and many more are on there to be read. The can be found on the website in Information\documents\general.
Whilst going through testing the most common question is that when paying it feels that you are setting up a direct debit. Please be assured this is just a one off payment not a direct debit to be taken every year.
