FA Respect Resources

Leighton United FC is a club founded on principles of fair play, inclusion and encouragement for young footballers of all abilities. As a club, we have been a long-time supporter and practitioner of the FA's Respect initiatives encouraging fair play and sportsmanship in football right from it's early inception.

We expect all of our staff, coaches and players to recognise the key aspects of Respect and what it means for them individually, we a team and for us as a club whether we are playing at home or away. We have embedded the fundamental Respect guidelines into our own policies and codes of conduct.
