We run the Pathway to Rugby program each season, usually starting in September, for people who haven't played before. Over the rest of the year the group meets twice a week to build up the skills and knowledge needed to be able to join our regular squads. The course involves a touch rugby tournament, first tour to Edinburgh in October and culminates in their first ever full game of rugby in December.

Over the 8 years we have been running the program we have seen the impact team sport has had on the physical and mental health of those who previously thought rugby was not for them.

Starting in 2021, we are so proud to be offering this course to women and non-binary players who identify with the women's game for the first time. As part of our ongoing partnership with the East London Vixens it helps us truly deliver rugby for all and ensure we grow both our great squads.
