We would like to start by saying a huge thank you to all those that endured the heat and came and gave our father a huge send-off yesterday. We were truly blown away by the number of people that came and shared some stories and a pint or two.
We would like to give a special thank you to The Cavendish Five Bells for hosting, putting on one hell of a spread and making it a really special afternoon. Thank you to the team behind the bar that had cues flowing outside the door! You guys were awesome.
Another big thank you to Ilford Wanderers RFC. CLUB PAGE & Graham Rowe for giving us girls the club shirts. When dad was playing for the Wanderers it was some of the happiest days of his life. We were honoured and most grateful to the club for letting us have a small token to share on dads special day.
