over 52 players attended the South trial camp at the magnificent facilities of Kennesaw State University last weekend. Drawn from every LAU, players were put through their paces by coaches Dave Conyers (KSU) Jody Hensley (MTSU) and Rene Daniel (GRU Collelgiate) on Saturday before the squad was trimmed to 30 for a conditioned game v Atlanta Renegades on Sunday. This gave coaches a chance to look at Renegades players before deciding on their final squad of 24 players, plus shadow players to cover for any potential injuries during next weeks South play offs. It also gave Renegades a final preparation for their home D 1 cross over game v Cincinnati.

The game v Bermuda on May 5 will be at Life University at 4 o’clock following the much anticipated collegiate clash between Life and Penn State at 2. A good day of rugby is guaranteed for all. Please come and support.
