After merging with Burnham Juniors Football Club in 2005 Holyport used this platform to also launch a Reserve Team for the first team for many seasons. Below is the season on season notes:

2005/06 - Formed managed by Alex Meffin, finished bottom of the league
2006/07 - Third in the league - managed by Noel Steadman
2007/08 - Ninth in the league and won Norfolkian Cup - managed by Noel Steadman
2008/09 - Third in the league and retained Norfolkian Cup - managed by Noel Steadman & Andy Sinclair
2009/10 - Third in the league and won the Hellenic Presidents Cup - managed by Noel Steadman & Richard Tyrell
2010/11 - Seventh in the league - managed by Noel Steadman & Richard Tyrell
2011/12 - Pulled out of league with five games to go whilst in eight place, used 53 players during 27 games
2012/13 – The Reserves reform under ex Maidenhead United player Barry Rake and Eddie Wright, the emphasis is on bring youth players through the system.
