figure eight on the ground
figure eight in the air
around the waist
around the arm pits
switch hands
switch hands and feet
front and back
balance on back of hand
balance two balls (two and one hand)
hold behind head, catch behind in-between legs
bounce from behind, catch in front
sit-up position, scissors with ball
sit, twist leave behind and grab
sit ups with ball touch knees

Partners:

server behind, sit legs spread catch throw back
hurdle position, receive volley roll over
on stomach, partner sits on back of legs, roll under chest
partner holds top leg down, touch shoulders
sit up position, catch, hands extended behind head and throw back
sit on butt, sideways twist body receive volley, touch ground full twist
squat thrust catch ball from server above bar
one hand throw back progression
one throws high, one throws low
one throws across, one bounce passes
both underhand tosses, one high and one low
back to back, twist and hand off
back to back both twist inside and hand off
back to back over the top, underneath hand off

Groups of 3:
partner sits on back of legs, lay on stomach touches ball held by third GK
under GK’s legs, leap frog, catch high balls
partner sits on legs, on side, up and catch throw back while up
partner sits on back of legs receives service, rolls back on ground
