England Rugby has launched a Female Match Official Development Programme and to support this we have produced a video that’s designed to motivate a new generation of female referees. More women and girls than ever are playing rugby which is why we need to encourage some of them to have a go at refereeing. Watch this video and then share it with all the women and girls you know who play or support rugby. Our wonderful game is always keen to support new referees and we want to hear from anyone who's keen to pick up the whistle. Whether you still play, want to keep playing, or fancy a change, this video is worth a few minutes of your time.
