All new players will find a warm welcome to Harrow U7 so please come along and check us out.

We train and play on Sunday mornings between 10am and 11:30am and the new rugby season starts on Sunday 2nd September 2023.
Just come to a training session and join in to see how enjoyable it is! Mums and Dads are very welcome to make use of our clubhouse and cafe kitchen while the children are playing and we are always delighted to see new faces and make new friends. Children can start once they reach 5 years old, so Year 1 at school.
It's free to try for a couple of sessions before you need to join and pay anything, so please come and give it a go!
