All new players welcome.

Training takes place on a Monday and Wednesday 6.45. Wednesday is combined with the O2 Touch sessions and this is a good starter for beginners.

It does not matter if you have never played before, the emphasis is on getting fit and getting social. Anything after that is a BONUS!!

The plan is to eventually play matches but fun fun fun is the order of the day.
