Club History

Gateshead Hockey Club has been in existence since 1957 and was originally called Gateshead Fell Hockey Club. The club originally shared facilities with Gateshead Fell Cricket Club in Low Fell, but has since moved, via Swalwell, and Whickham School to its current home pitch at Kingsmeadow School, Dunston, Gateshead.

We are a thriving club with a ladies team, four mens teams and a juniors team.
