Umpiring Development Pathway

A new Umpire Development Pathway has been launched for everyone in hockey throughout Ireland. The joint initiative between IHA and IHUA will provide a clear progression ladder for umpires and has been designed to improve the overall playing experience through the provision of better quality umpiring.
