Jon has now moved permanently to Flint, having initially joined on loan from Bala Town in January 2021. Previously he was Prestatyn's No. 1 and was part of Neil Gibson's title winning squad.While contracted to Nomads, Jon managed 38 appearances in the Welsh Premier League, with 3 appearances in the Europa League Playoff matches. He also had loan spells at Newtown and Holywell Town during his time at Nomads.
He helped Nomads qualify for the Europa League in 2016 with two clean sheets having come into side following an injury to their keeper, while also saving a penalty against Camarthen to send Connah’s Quay into the Europa League.
He’s also had stints at Vauxhall Motors, Manor Athletic, Penycae and Brickfield Rangers earlier in his career.
