The 1st XI finally got a win as they beat second placed Bewdley.

The 1st XI finally got a win as they beat second placed Bewdley. The visitors at Enville Hall ask Enville to bat first in a 48 over match. Rob Miller and Spencer Mann (18) gave the hosts their best opening stand of the season. Miller anchored the innings with a solid 70. Matt Branch and Jono Howells each scored 25 as Enville set a fair score on damp pitch. The Bewdley reply was littered with wickets as Enville fielded well taking some excellent catches. Simon Mauger (66 not out) was the only batsman to score double figures as wickets fell regularly. James Willis (16 overs for 33 runs) bowled through beautifully and Tom Bingham (5 for 36) took full advantage of the pressure developed. Captain Adam Tranter (3 for 19) also got in on the act as Bewdley were bowled out for 134 in the 45th over.
